Prezervatív nasaďte na stoporený penis. Prezervatív nasadzujte pred akýmkoľvek kontaktom medzi penisom a vaginálnou oblasťou. Opatrne odtrhnite jednu stranu balenia tak, aby ste pritom nepoškodili vložený prezervatív. Prezervatív opatrne vyberte. Vzduch uzavretý v prezervatíve môže spôsobiť jeho prasknutie. Stlačte preto koniec prezervatívu medzi palcom a ukazovákom a nasaďte prezervatív na stoporený penis tak, aby navinutie bolo na vonkajšej strane. Prezervatív jemne odviňte po celej dĺžke penisu, pričom stále pridržiavajte jeho konček. Presvedčte sa, či prezervatív zostáva celý čas nasadený. Ak dôjde k jeho stiahnutiu, je treba pre ďalšie pokračovanie styku použiť nový prezervatív. Penis vytiahnite hneď po vyvrcholení. Prezervatív pritom pevne pridŕžajte pri koreni penisu. Prezervatív stiahnite až po úplnom vytiahnutí penisu. Použitý prezervatív zabaľte do papierového obrúska a hygienicky ho odstráňte (nesplachujte ho do toalety).
